Looks like we took a hit tonight on the big C-band satellite dish.
Smoked it but looks like the pulse hit my tower #2 as well. Right now
my Create RC5B-3 control box is not indicating direction but the manual
mode does turn the antenna....pre-set is a gonner.
I looked in the archives and saw that EDCO is the Create distributor for
the US but does anyone know if they do any type of repair? I think I
know the answer....no. In that case is anyone familiar with the
workings of the RC5B-3 control box? I'd appreciate any input.
Looks like I lost a T2X control as well. More work.
