All I can tell you is that my screwdriver antenna mounted to a HB bracket
bolted to the frame of my Cadillac is the best mobile antenna I've ever
used, and I've used most of them.
I break DX pile-ups and most DX stations can hardly believe I'm mobile with
only my little TS-50 to the screwdriver.
I have an Outbacker on my boat that I would replace with a screwdriver in a
heartbeat if I thought it would stand the ocean treks.
