Hi Brian,

ASTM A 475 lists 3/8 EHS at 15400 Lb min breaking strength.
So if you are trying to get a strength equivalent look for HPTG 15400
Phillystran. 
They also make 20800, 27000, 35000, 42400, 58300....up to 160000

The equivalent for elongation will be much larger.
