Towertalk:
Yesterday I tried to post a question concerning my Yaesu rotators. I
don't think my questions were posted so here they are again.
In have three 800/1000 Yaesu rotators. Two of the control boxes were
damaged by lightning. The remaining good control box will rotate the three
Yaesu rotators with correct azimuth readout, so all three rotators are OK.
The two damaged control boxes read out 1/2 the actual azimuth, ie. when the
antennas are rotated 180 degrees, the control box indicates 90 degrees, etc.
Has anyone experienced this problem and know the fix or perhaps could
give me some troubleshooting pointers? I am not a very good technician,
unfortuately.
It may well be that this has been discussed before and is in the
towertalk archives. If so, could someone tell me how to access the arcives
for this topic.
Another question: Is ther a Ten Tec Titan reflector? More lightning
damage, I fear.
      Thank you for any assistance.
