[TowerTalk] Do you rent tower space to commercial operators?

Hello TowerTalk Gang,
    Do any of you have lease arrangements with commercial communications
operators? I've been approached about having a commercial tower on my
property, and am trying to peg a value to it.  Any information you could
share would be helpful.
