[TowerTalk] knots

The bowline was the standby super strong knot.
But now most Fire Dept., Construction Union Safety Dept now promote the
figure eight as actually being a stronger knot. It is also extremely easy to
untie no matter how much force was on it.

Bowline still is popular and I still use it.
A drill at my FD was to tie 6 standard knots blindfolded.
Then we added the figure eight and figure eight on a bight.
