I believe they make two versions:

A coil loaded version with the coil in the middle of the element

A Top Loaded version with a large capacity hat on top.

TOP  LOADING is the MOST efficient method of loading
a short antenna.  Coil loading is much less efficient and
yields a more narrow bandwidth.
