[TowerTalk] 20m four-square array

If the city won't relent on the 35' height limit for a tower, I'm
considering a 4-square array on 20m, using the Comtek phasing box and
Gladiator 20m verticals.   Any suggestions or comments?  I figure the angle
of radiation at 35' will pass on 10 and 15m, but won't DX well on 20.

Comments from those using a 4 square on 20 or lower bands would be
appreciated.
