IMHO the public is in a perpetual state of paranoia these days.
A posted sign implying any kind of danger will only feed this.
It appears that just the thought of something even remotely dangerous
anywhere in the neighborhood drives some people bonkers. These people
can't be reasoned with or calmed down once they have worked themselves
into a tizzy.
It seems to be that the best approach is a fenced in area around the
vertical (no conductive if at all possible) -- perhaps with a dog
house inside. Dog optional. Barking dog speaker also optional.
It is a sorry state that we ssem to have created a population of
chicken littles.
