Consider placing any deposit with a questionable manufacturer in escrow with
a neutral third-party (e.g., attorney) together with your sales contract.
Any vendor who has neither the adequate cash-flow nor sufficient
working-capital to make on-time deliveries should be scrutinized when
considering any pre-payment.
