I have such a tower for my 10-15m tower. Freestanding tapered 100' tall.

I turn two beams with one long extended sidemount and one rotor.
I compensated for the tilt of the tower by drilling holes in the
sidemount arms for the Ubots and shimming them out a little. It was
fairly easy to do, just measure twice and drill once. Hi.
