Guy anchors for utility poles are not the same as guying a 100ft tower.
Utility poles are made of wood,  and normally not as tall as most towers.  I
think you will find that the guy is used to stabilize the pole and maintain
strain on the cable attached to the pole.  Dont think these poles need guys
to remain erect.
