  Outlook Express does not behave this way.
If you follow a link on this site, a new window is
opened by the code from the site, this is common,
by closing the new window (which has no history)
{or ALT+TAB *} you will be back at the original site page.
This can be thought of as `another way to do
things' if you wish.
If you click on the "BA4ED.com" TAB at the bottom
of a `windows' screen you will move back, * but this
keeps an additional window open.  In any case you are not trapped.
