I tried a vertical array from ZF2 and it worked very well 1 meter from the
water.  I believe that you need to be closer than one wavelength for it to
work well.  Closer is better.

I wonder what happened with experiments by Force 12 with verticals near salt
water?
Excellent article in CQ contest 3/98 and website of K2KW but no any info
after that.
Could anyone shed some light on this? Any experiences? How Far is too far?
