To me this is the typical use of the law,  The letter thereof and not the 
intent.  However, it is very dificult to discern the intent of anything, 
usually only the result.  Also, this is another of the bad parts of the law 
profession, not justice but power, money and what ever to set my people free.

The arm removed the triffling article but by removing the arm from the 
host, it would be soon proved that the arm could do nothing, it was the 
will and the control of the host that actually did the removing.

Too many people want to blame every one else for their downfalls and 
illegal behaviour, but, are very quicik to claim that all the good stuff 
was only their idea, work etc.  Why in a team sport does there exist great 
stars??
