I have a Barker and Williamson Model BN-1, 600 ohm terminating unit
available. It is the same as is used to terminate Rhombic antennas and was
also used by B&W on their high power broad band HF antenna where they called
it a "Balancing Network".
It's a big 600 ohm dummy load!
It is designed for 2 Kw continuous and 5 Kw Intermittent use over the entire
HF band.
It is housed in a weather proof fiber glass cabinet 32 inches high and 12 x
15 inches square.
Connections are via two large ceramic feedthroughs with stainless steel
hardware. Mounting brackets are included for wall or similar mounting.
I know the entire history of this unit since new and it has never been used
at more than a few hundred watts PEP and only was installed for a few months
in a dry desert environment. It is therefore in excellent condition. It has
been in dry storage for a couple of years and is in near new condition.
B&W listed this for $1,470.50 and only recently dropped it from there
catalog.
I will sell it for $100 plus shipping at cost.
UPS will cost around $50 depending on distance from Central Florida. It
weighs 27 pounds excl. packing. I will find packing material and pack at no
charge.
