One more possibility / Question -
Do your feedlines and rotor cable run
all the way down the tower to ground?
or, do they come off the tower above
ground?
The ONLY time I had a similar situation
was when my (too short) rotor cable was
sloped to the radio room from a tower
just a few feet behind the corner of the house.
