[Towertalk] Rohn 45 Foldover hand winch

Can anybody tell me where to get the saddle clamps and bolts for the winch 
that was used on the Rohn 45 foldover tower. I know the winch is not sold 
anymore but there are other companies selling it. Just can't find the clamps.
