[Towertalk] Tower toes - correction

     I want to apologize to the list for having sent erroneous information
in my posting on tower foundation toes.  I said I believed the foundation
design was called pier and column.  It's actually called a pier and pad
design.  The pad is the wider horizontal piece on the bottom (the toe) and
the pier is the vertical column to which the structure is attached.

     Sorry for any confusion I may have caused.
