[Towertalk] LPT1242

I am interested in purchasing the Force 12 Low Profile crank up tower =
LPT 1242. I'd like a response from anyone that has used it in the area =
of how well the tower holds up to usage, ease of maintenance, how long =
it takes on average to crank up both with and with out an electric =
drill. Also any over all opinions about the tower would be helpful. =
