No, there isn't anything like that at this time.
This is a major project. Do you have the Rohn book? It has all the specs
that you'll need to use - you can't do the installation correctly without it.

Do you have your local windspeed rating and proposed antenna
configuration/windloading? Those will determine some of the specs.
Once the base and anchors are in, then you can either use a crane to lift
the tower sections a group at a time or use a ginpole to lift one section at
a time with the help of a groundcrew. You'll need a heavy-duty ginpole for
this - the common Rohn one is for 25 and 45G not 55G.
There are rigging methods, guy wire techniques, and a myriad of other
questions and answers so my best advice would be to start with the most basic
(see above) and then tackle each question as you get to it.
Since the tower is over 200', you'll also need to light it which is
another construction and expense item.
