We're installing a ground bulkhead in PEI. Lots of snow, rain and freezing
temps. The concern is that with severe WX outside and warm temperatures
inside the shack, the bulkhead will develop heavy ice on the outside which
will get inside connectors by cracking rubber boots or other WX protection.

One plan is to cover the bulkhead with a wooden box partially open on the
bottom for cable access and stuffed with insulation. That will prevent snow
and rain from getting to the bulkhead and freezing the outside.

On the other hand, maybe this is a non-issue or someone has dealt with this
before and has a better idea.
