For cheapies, try Cabelas. We're near one of the fiberglass/graphite blank
capitals here (Woodland, WA) but if you don't know someone in the
business, I don't think you're going to get a great deal. Fishing
equipment is not cheap. :)
Angler's Workshop is a fun place to go, though.
