The Rohn drawing I have shows a top guy of 1/4" EHS for 100 ft of Rohn
55. That says to me that you need the bigger Phillystran, the one rated
for 6700 lb.
A factor to keep in mind is that Phillystran stretches about twice as much
as steel of equivalent breaking strength. Given that, wouldn't you rather
go with the stronger Philly and see less stretch (therefore less tower
movement) under the expected load?
