Too far for a ramp truck $$$ but how about a 2 axle car trailer? Find
someone into stock cars or similar and try and talk them into a trip for a
nice free dinner or somethin'.
Typical trailer is 16-18' long so there is minimal overhang.
I hauled a 72' US Tower crankup 150 miles that way.
