[TowerTalk] vertical separation between c4 and uhf/vhf?

Subject: [TowerTalk] vertical separation between c4 and uhf/vhf?

I modeled a Force 12 C3SS tribander and a M2 6m7jhv on a 16' mast. I found
that if I had the tribander and the 6m antenna any closer than 16' then the
front to back on the 6m suffered. There was essentially negligible
effect on the tribander and the gain of the 6m ant.

BTW, it is important to model all the metal elements. I was considering a
2m cushcraft antenna with metal support arms for the boom. These arms
interacted quite a bit with my other antennas. So I chose a M2 2m antenna
instead.

Hope this helps,
Rajiv, N2RD
