My REPEATED attempts to submit a REPLY COMMENT re:  PPL TELCOM, LLC
meet with the following error message from the FCC site:

DOCUMENT SAVE FAILED. PLEASE RE-SUBMIT THE COMMENT.

Anyone else getting the same error message ?
