I would rebuild it into a 6 element OWA yagi.  I did this with
a 105CA with excellent results.  The 46' boom is a bit shorter
than the designed for 48' boom, but I'm sure you could tweek
the design w/o trouble and have a very high performance antenna.

You can buy the aluminum for the 6th element from Texas Towers.
