Hello,

What I did to pour about 7 yards of concrete for my LM470 2 weeks ago was to
rent a concrete buggy. My tower pad was 150 ft from the cement truck. It cost
about 70 dollars to rent the gas powered buggy including the trailer it came
on for about 4 hrs. Id never made such a great investent in my life. It held
about .6 cubic yards and after about 14 trips we were done. No wheelbarrows
running around all over and no spills. This was my 3rd tower hole and about the
only time I didnt have a chainlink fence in the way. I was stunned as to how
great it worked and how goofy I was for not trying it before. BTW, I dug my
hole
by hand, 4.5x4.5x7.5. I belled the hole from above the center on down. Anybody
got any Ibuprofen? Also, this group has helped me a lot with all the
questions I have had. Im getting a tiltover base soon to get this up in the
air. 73
