I went to an indoor archery target range. They had a room full of used bows.
Most where compound. Was told the pull could be adjusted so I had the one I
bought turn down as far as possible. Got the bow for $20.00. I use a 5/8
wooden dowel painted florescent red, 30 lb monofilament line, it's the best
combination I have ever used. Been the antenna guru for Field Day for over
30 years...... plus many hams in the area can attest to my systems
