I have not seen any that cover 40 to 10.
I've seen 30 to 10 at several places.

IMHO LPDA should be a long boom with
wide spacing between the elements for
optimum front to back over a wide range.
Some of them look too short from reading
the info at various sites similar to Cebik's.
