having looked at the referenced map i can tell you
that it must be ficticious... i live in Ohio and there
is no way we are in a High UV area... heck during the
summer people have to go to tanning salons to get a
sun burn ;-)
actually i am shocked that Ohio "scored" that high...
i heard a story many years ago that i cant confirm ,
that the army arsenal built in Ravenna,Ohio was built
in its location because it had the fewest days of sun
anywhere in the US...
