So what is a good windows based program?
One of the neatest is Multinec by AC6LA. It is an Excel overlay, and uses
public domain NEC-2 engines. Info at www.qsl.net/ac6la.
Just a happy customer -- at $39.95 with capability for up to 1500 segments
(many more with other publicly available engines) it's a great bargain.
