I have the calcs from my MA-550 tower.  I suppose you could
start with those, and simply change the numbers as appropriate.
I'm also a EE and I'm pretty sure I could rework the calcs to 90 MPH.
However, I think it is rated at almost no antenna at all at 70 MPH.
I see no way it would make 90 MPH all by itself with no antenna.
Perhaps the MA-40 is somehow more sturdy, but I doubt it.
