Certainly, there are "radio specific" panels aimed at the ham and radio
market in general.
Another approach is to use one of the panels made for bringing in telephone
lines. They mount in between standard 16"oc studs, have a door on both
sides, a removable metal panel in the middle (with gasketing) (which makes
drilling and mounting the feedthrough connectors MUCH easier).  There are
versions that have a rain shield over where the cables come out, etc. and
versions that are designed for conduit inlets.

Checking over catalogs from the big electrical suppliers catering to
building infrastructure (Daniel Woodhead, Hubbell, A-B, Seimon, etc.) might
give you some good ideas.   If you're not trying to retrofit, and have some
flexibility and access when the house is still just sticks with no walls,
you've got a lot of options available (like bringing the conduit up inside
the wall!)
