I hate working on rope guyed tower like that... it seems easier to me to
assemble the first 3 sections with guy wires attached and stand them up
field day style then set them on the pin.  30' of rohn 25 can be stood
up by 3 or 4 people fairly easily and can be easily lifted to set on the
pin.  Tighten the guys and you are set to begin regular construction
with the gin pole from there up on a solid base.
