You may want to reconsider that Jim.
Talking about component Q, the loss might be a fraction of a
percent or extremely high with a Q of ten.
A 10,000 ohm reactance inductor with a Q of ten has an ESR
of 1000 ohms. The loss in a series resonant circuit with a
load resistance of 1 ohm would be staggering.
At the same time, a 1000 ohm reactance inductance with a Q
of 10 would have an ESR of 100 ohms. In series with a load
resistance of 10,000 ohms the loss would be negligible.
