The Hygain DCU-1 controller allows for this also.
It works with any of the CDE/Hygain bell style rotators.
It is marketed separately as well as the "Ham V" with rotator
and also digital T2X with the tailtwister rotator.
I've been using one since '94 with never a glitch or problem.
