I would not do this.  The conduit will cause unnecessary wind loading on the
tower.  Just be sure you get quality cables and you should not experience
any problems.  I WOULD (and do, underground) run a conduit from the shack to
the tower base.

Is it a good idea to run, say, 3" PVC conduit up the tower to accommodate
feedlines and rotor cable and protect them from birds, squirrels, etc.?
