typical hf vertical perform up there?

You might want to take a portable HF receiver up there and see what the RFI
environment is like. We put a multiband vertical on the roof of a 10 story
office building and found S9 + 20 dB noise on all bands, apparently from
the HVAC controls. We gave up and took it down.
