Yes I think you're forgetting 1 very important thing: talk to your (an)attorney and ask him to make sure you're covered. I would never let a commercial enterprise put anything or anyone on my tower without having my attorney make sure I was not sticking my neck out. It's not worth it!! Just an opinion.
