AMP Circular Plasic Connectors (available from Newark, among others) are
inexpensive and available in weatherproof (waterproof?) versions.

For very small sized connectors (but pricey) LEMO makes waterproof multipin
connectors.

Daniel Woodhead (I think that's the company name..) makes small waterproof
connectors intended for industrial sensor applications
