Depending on the length of the run, wouldn't it be a better way to go in 
using Heliax?  I'm not talking about brand new 1 5/8 stuff.  Rather, if one 
looks 
around at hamfests, lots of used 1/2 inch and 7/8 inch  can be picked up for 
the same price if not cheaper than the 9913F and the buriable LMR400.  Great 
buys can be gotten for short pieces of this stuff in lengths less than 100 
feet. 
 The used ends are especially cheap for the 1/2 inch stuff.  

An added bonus is the low loss of the hardline and other than the kinking, it 
is tough as nails.
