I use the "Tower LX" model. I found it to be the best combo of comfortability, cost and functionality for me. If you able to go to a rigging store and try them on, I'd recommend it. I learned alot about how harnesses are supposed to fit from the salesperson at my local place.

What belts do people recommend? There seems to be a wide range of prices.

I agree with Mike, K4PI that tower climbing keeps you in shape but please
make sure your legs and heart can take it. Make it easier by using a belt
that allows you to sit back comfortably and I carry along a two by four as a
temporary foor support. They key is keeping your feet relaxed.
