There continues to be a LOT of misinformation and overly complex info floating around on how to torque balance ANY antenna.
The EASIEST way to do the calculations CORRECTLY is to buy the YagiStress program. A "measly" $30 and it does a LOT more. Stop guessing and do it right. $30 now may save you thousands in repairs.
Or go to http://www.arraysolutions.com/Products/yagistress.htm to order.
See: http://www.mscomputer.com for "Self Supporting Towers", "Wireless Weather Stations", and lot's more. Call Toll Free, 1-800-333-9041 with any questions and ask for Sherman, W2FLA.
