This reflector was set up by W4AN-SK and Steve on contesting.com.
Contesting.com was at the time owned by W4AN, KM9P at the time. If the new
owners of contesting.com/eham.net have an issue with what Steve did then let
them deal with it.
If there ever becomes a need to move the list from contesting.com I would be
happy to host it at my site owned by me and only me.
