Ahh, yes, who is the greater hassle, lawyers or insurance adjusters?

It definitely will be worthwhile asking about insurance coverage
prior to installation!

I also wonder about climate control of a medium sized equipment
box out there -- here in West Central Florida (other than the
freeze due here late Sunday/Monday) the major concern would be
the heat and the humidity ... and blowing sand and critters!

Hmmmm. Running coax and control cables is sounding better! ;-)
