Gadzooks! You are right. A peer reviewed document with all the gory
details of grounding is certainly in order. Wonder if there is any chance that
the ARRL would pay for such a work of art? In the old days, Ham Radio Mag
paid for quality work. Maybe their authors get a royalty or something to make
it really a pay for effort project.
