I have been using 75 ohm coax for years.I use it just like any other 
coax and have not had any problems.
Most of what I use indoors is RG-216.  Happend to have a few thousand 
feet so I use it for most stuff.
Outdoors I use cable TV cable ends which I get for free, just for 
hauling the stuff off.
