So with the old farm up for sale I am now free to find the a new farm...the
most ideal qth possible near Erie PA.

I would appreciate your suggestions if you have any suggestions in addition
to the below QTH qualities

My thoughts are:
1). The boonies...About 15-30 miles from the closest growing town
2). Relatively flat land with a gradual downslope toward EU, JA and SA for
the surrounding 10 miles
3). Mostly field, with a tree grove for the building location.
4). Ideally NO utility electrical service (no BPL), so the site would be
reliant upon a generator fed by propane or natural gas wel.
5). Surrounded by a salt water estuary (Oh, sorry...just dreaming)
